This is a great circuit targeting the back, shoulders, butt, legs, and core!Its a full-body blast!  The beauty of compound (multiple-joint) exercises is that they keep the heart rate up and give you a cardio kick, while targeting many muscle groups in one movement.I managed this circuit in 23 minutes.
