This one's my @BareButter Cookie Dough Oats. 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 TB chia seeds 1 TB Bare Butter Cookie Dough nut butter 1 banana chopped Mix all that together
Chocolate peanut butter chia goodie balls (recipe credit- cleaneatingsurvivalguide). Makes 10. -3 tbs peanut butter -60 g oats -2.5 scoops protein powder -50 ml almond milk -1 tbs chia seeds. Mix all ingredients together in blender or food processor and roll into balls.
Baked Oatmeal 1/2c oats 2 egg whites 1/4 c of almond or hazelnut milk 2tbs of maple syrup Cinnamon (pinch) 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 banana 1tsp Coconut flour 1tbsp dark chocolate PB Mix all of ingredients minus coconut flour & PB Spray baking dish lightly w/choice of oil Place mixed ingredients in dish, sprinkle coconut flour on top bake for 30-45 min on 350 Top with PB & serve

vanilla protein pancakes (recipe credit- fitgirl4me) -1 large ripe banana -2 tbs almond milk -1 egg -1/3 cup oat flour -1 tsp baking powder -2 tbs vanilla protein powder. Mix wet ingredients separate from the dry, pour batter on greased non stick pre heated pan. Cook on medium to low heat. Makes about 5 (large) cakes
