Australian steam locomotives - Google Search Steam loco 3801, was the pride & joy of NSW when restored for Australia's Bi-centenary in 1988. She travelled right across Aust. & back under her own steam mostly, & later appeared with the famous British engine, "The Flying Scotsman" when she was brought over to Aust. for a one-off tour. Sadly,3801's future has been under a cloud for many months due to a botched restoration but we hope she'll be back on the rails again very soon.
