I have to make this!!! Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal: 1 cup steel cut or regular oats (NOT Quick Oats!). 4 cups water. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup brown sugar (or stevia and some molasses). 1 TBS butter (or coconut oil). 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp cinnamon. Dash or two salt. Combine all in crockpot and cook on low for 8hrs. Serve with milk & cinnamon sugar.
Cinnabon Pancakes- Regular Pancake Recipe, then make CINNAMON FILLING: 1/2 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: 4 Tablespoons butter 2 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. make each in seperate bowls, put cinnamon mix in a bag and cut a whole in the corner. drizzle over panacake and once cooked cover in the glazey goodness.
Pinner said : I strongly identify myself as a pancake connoisseur, and these are the best pancakes I've EVER had. I mean, I'll take pancakes over a steak dinner any day of the week! The only thing I did differently was that I used 1 1/2 tsps of coconut flavoring and 3/4 c of regular milk. I also topped it off with homemade blueberry syrup and coconut flakes. Seriously, I almost cried! :D
