"œufs cocotte en tomate" (French recipe / "egg in casserole" or "chick egg"). Sprinkle the inside of a hollow tomato with basil. Pour the egg gently into the tomato. Sprinkle with paprika, pepper and salt. 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180° C.
