Great Idea! - Roosting rails and poop deck.  We put "stall dry" (a sandy-like material that is used for livestock stalls and is not harmful to animals) down.  I use a kitty litter scoop to clean it about every other day.

Use a plastic "boot tray" to cover the poop board under the roosting poles in the chicken coop. Line it with newspaper for easy clean up every few days!
