My Fun Projects: Halloween Arch

DIY Halloween Arch- made mostly out of styrofoam and only a little wood. Looks very easy to me and I don't know my way around tools at all, only crafting 'tools'.

People have been dressing up in costume for Halloween for many years. Here is a collection of vintage photos showing Halloween costumes through the years. These costumes look a lot scarier than some of the costumes we see now.

Make a trash can look like it is filled with bones and blood. Use a trash can, skeleton bone parts, Great Stuff Foam, and spray paint in red and mahogany lacquer.

New barrel topper 1 - Old unused Rubbernaid trash can 1 - Bag-O-Bones 1 - Left over skeleton parts from Skelly (after cutting neck down for use on butcher table) 3 - Cans of Great Foam 1 - Can of red spray paint 1 - Can of red mahogany laquer spray paint

Cut up a pool floaty and connect the pieces together to look like a chain, spray paint black or silver (metal color)

Step by Step on how to build your own Zombie. Final step is paper mâché.  He used unprinted newsprint paper.  Any paper would work, might need a coat of paint for dead look.
