Dutch master Hieronymus Bosch's triptych painting made it (with different parts of its diverse and controversial content) to the front cover of five albums (!): Deep Purple's "Deep Purple", compilation "A KRaKTEK Joint" (various artists), Celtic Frost's "Into The Pandemonium", Pearls Before Swine's "One Nation Underground", Dethroning the Emperor's "Moral Nihility". If you wanna check the details, save the image and try to find the parts of the triptych used by each band. Very interesting.
