Potatoes from Olot (Catalonia) : 1 kg - Potatoes/ 300 g - Ground meat/ 2 - Onions/ 3 - Tomatoes/ 1 cup - Soured wine The crumb from one loaf of bread, soaked in milk Salt/ Pepper/ Nutmeg/ Oil/Thoroughly stir fry the onion and tomatoes. Add the ground meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add wine and reduce. Slice the potatoes and fry them. Cover one slice of potato with the meat mixture, and top with another potato slice. Dredge in flour and fry.
