Avignon TGV station. Completed in 2001, the Avignon TGV station is part of a trio of new TGV stations built to accommodate the line TGV Mediterranean. Of the three, Avignon is perhaps the most remarkable. From the outside it looks like a long white hull 350 meters long like a TGV. This feature, unique to a station, allows travelers wait for their train out of the weather and / or heat. The building is pierced with doors that match access to cars.
