Argentinean Chimichurri. This condiment is so delicious! A great accompaniment to a grilled steak, pork tenderloin, chicken and fish. You can even use it for a marinade. I use a serrano chile or two when I make it and I also substitute fresh squeezed lemon juice for the vinegar.
