Gluten free multigrain bread. Tried it. Substituted brown rice flour because I didn't have millet on hand. Very tasty. Best flavor of any gf bread I have made in the years I have been trying. Would like it to rise a bit higher but still very good. Will keep trying to perfect it but great as is. Edited: still love recipe but started weighing out the flour on Costco discount electronic scale. More consistent results!
