Lumpiang prito ("fried vegetable spring roll"), consists of a briskly fried pancake filled with sautéed bean sprouts and various other vegetables such as green beans and carrots. Small morsels of meat, seafood or tofu may also be added. Lumpiang prito is dipped in a spicy vinegar with chilis.
