Jaguatirica or Ocelot is a feline whose scientific name is Felis pardalis or Leopardus pardalis, originally found in the Atlantic and other Brazilian forests. Distributed throughout Latin America, is also found in the southern United States. Nocturnal, spends most the day sleeping in the branches of trees or hidden among the vegetation. They live in pairs, which is rare among cats.
