What are you waiting for? Making these easy healthy reese's eggs made with only 4 simple ingredients. They're low carb, gluten free, low sugar and have a glorious peanut butter middle! (Ingredients You Have Low Carb)

Peanut Butter Fudge -   1/2 c coconut oil.. 1/2 c sugar free peanut butter.. 1 tsp. vanilla.. 1/2 tsp. salt.. 2 tsp. Stevia (equivalent to 2 cups of sugar - adjust this if you have less of a sweet tooth) Note:  I used Now Brand Better Stevia in this recipe.    In a saucepan, melt coconut oil and peanut til melted.  Add vanilla, salt, and stevia.  Line 8X8 w/wax paper.  Freeze 1 hr.   Remove from freezer and cut into desired sized pieces.  Store in fridge or freezer in a sealed container.
