SALTMANDLER  300 g mandler ca. 2 dl vand 1 god spsk salt. Opvarm ovnen til 150 grader. Hæld vand og salt på en stor stegepande og kog op. Hæld mandlerne herpå og rod dem rundt i saltvandet, imens vandet langsomt fordamper og bunden af panden bliver hvid af saltrester. Hæld nu mandlerne over på en bageplade beklædt med bagepapir og tør dem i ovnen i ca. 12-15 minutter. Lad dem afkøle og opbevar herefter i luftttæt glas.
