Mexican Pie (Corn bread crust, chicken, taco seasoning, chiles and cheese!). I left out the green chilies and this stuff was awesome. Really good reheated and fairly easy to make, especially if making a batch of shredded chicken to use in a few recipes.
Rotel Chicken 3 split cooked chicken breast 1 bag torilla chups crushed 1 can rotel 1can cream of chicken soup 1 small can diced green chili 1 lb. velvetta cheese or american cheese Mix rotel,soup,chilies and cubed cheese. Heatin microwave till melted then add cubed cooked chicken.In 9x13 pan(spray) layer1/2 chips and 1/2cheese mixture. Repeat these layers top with a few crushed chips. Bake 350 for 30 to 45 min.
