On average real Kobe ribeye like this ranges from $40-75 an oz and that's 21 oz on my plate. We got 4 of these! @zeboy's Wagyu Rump cooked via the Josper oven @thegeneralsw yesterday. The Cafe de Paris butter that came with it was so good! The smokiness that came along with the meat was intoxicating   What's the Josper oven you ask? It's a commercial oven that combines both oven and grill.
