I could never find a small, cute rug to fit our little bathroom so I made one! This is a pattern from Ravelry.com, and I followed the pattern but used 2 strands held together of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick yarn and a size P crochet hook.
Just did this and it's really cute! Looks difficult but is pretty easy if you're used to braiding. It's just adding a fourth strand in a regular braid and once you get the rhythm down, it's smooth sailing. Need to do a bigger shirt next time though. Easy way to fix a to small one is using an extra scrap to add a little length and tie the ends with it.
