In Yiquan this takes full emphasis with a selection of standing Zhan Zhuang design workouts, silk reeling exerises and pushing hands forming the training, rather than the recommended types as in other taichi designs. The Zhan Zhuang standing workouts are extremely helpful for reading the physical body and cultivating the Qi and so YiQuan has a whole lot to offer as a wellness physical exercise.
