CRACKER BARREL CHICKEN: Mix 1/2 c Zesty Italian dressing, 1 t fresh lime juice & 1 T honey in large zip lock or container. Add 1 lb boneless chicken breast tenders. Marinate for at least 4 hr in fridge. Pour entire mix into large skillet. Over med/high heat, braise chicken until most liquid has evaporated and caramelized on chicken pieces.
