Easy Scrambled Eggs in a Mug (Even a Kid Could Do It
Samoa Protein Shake 7 ice cubes, 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop of chocolate whey or 1 serving of chocolate replacement meal (I used Advocare's meal replacement), 1/4 tsp maple extract, 1/4 tsp coconut extract (I added an extra 1/8 too, worked perfect!), and 1 tbsp sugar free vanilla jello powder. Topped with truwhip, walden farm's sugar free chocolate syrup and unsweetened coconut flakes.
My usual packed lunch. So good for you. Sandwich thins with oven gold turkey spicy mustard boiled egg and lots of lettuce, and of course fresh fruit and veggies and my Spark energy and mental focus drink by AdvoCare!
