CHICO'S hand bag / purse This handbad/purse I bought from a thrift store fairly new I have used it a few time I'm just trying to clear out some purses. Does not have any scratches or stains is in very good condition. However it does have one tiny scuff at the very top of the bag not anything major just something worth mentioning. It is a very well made bag I used it for my church books. Chico's Bags Totes
You can make the Pinpoint Oxford Eiderdown Coverlet project from Blair Stocker's new book, WISE CRAFT: Turning Thrift Store Finds, Fabric Scraps, and Natural Objects Into Stuff You Love. Plus, comment to win a copy of the book!
Kids, don't try this without an adult! :) Grab your soldering iron and some styrofoam shapes, then make your own abstract "mod" Christmas decorations! WOW! No mention of fumes--I'd recommend you do this in a very well-ventilated room! I found a 1971 Farm Journal Christmas Book at the Assistance League Thrift Store in Conroe, Texas. The book is chock-full of recipes and ideas.
Laminated book pages as place mats! My kids are too old for storybook ones, but I am determined to find cool book pages to do this with. ((damaged and such from the thrift; no living books will be harmed in the making of this project))
Inside, in the kitchen, I have a small “bar” area with various waters, teas and glasses. The tea cups are white porcelain, from the thrift store. I’ve gotten tired of drinking coffee from a bowl, not to mention it’s a horrible way to drink tea. Love my tea cups!
