Try this simple towel curl exercise to strengthen your feet. Curling your toes on the edge of a towel, scrunch the towel toward your body. This may be difficult at first, but with practice it will become much easier. When it does, place small weights on the towel to increase the resistance. #Exercise #FootHealth
Towel curls: Place a small towel on the floor and curl it toward you, using only your toes. You can increase the resistance by putting a weight on the end of the towel. Relax and repeat this exercise five times. Recommended for people with hammertoes, toe cramps and pain in the ball of the foot.
Blend 2 tablespoons of Baking Soda in a basin of warm water. If desired, add a few drops of lavender oil. After a nice soak, make a scrub using 3 parts Baking Soda and 1 part water. If more exfoliation is needed, add 1 part brown sugar to the scrub. Follow with an application of a rich moisturizer and a warm towel foot wrap. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Feet will feel smooth and clean.
