Goodreads | Good Minds Suggest: Tracy Chevalier's Favorite Frontier Books (Author of Girl With a Pearl Earring) March, 2016

A rich and beautiful historical fiction about life pioneering on the frontier. At the Edge of the Orchard by Tracy Chevalier is a must-add to your 2017 reading list.

This book is about four friends who find a pair of jeans before their summer vacation. Even though each girl is very different among their shapes and sizes, the jeans mysteriously fit them all. The jeans are mailed from place to place to each girl and carry stories with them. I would like to read this book because I absolutely loved the movie. I can really relate to the storyline of this book because what girl doesn’t love a good book about friendship.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by Ann Brashares. Yes, kind of dorky and very light in content, but I found it at a book sale and wanted to relive a few moments of high school.
