This is a used Hamer Sunburst Archtop. It is a double cutaway electric guitar in cherry sunburst finish. Duncan Designed Pickups, rosewood fingerboard, set-neck and chrome hardware. This guitar is in very good condition. There are a few minor dings but overall the guitar very clean. The frets are in excellent condition. Recent shop set up.

Straight from Mike Snider's shop here in Rochester, New York, we present this beautifully made VSJ model. It features a carved Honduran mahogany body and neck, a curly maple top, and Macassar ebony fingerboard and overlay. Hardware includes a Gotoh Kluson style tuners, bridge, and tailpiece, a nylon 6/6 nut, a one-way truss rod, and hand wound PAF style pickups. The body is finished with nitrocellulose, and the neck has a poly finish that is extremely comfortable and fast.

This is a great project guitar for a competent luthier. The body measures 14" on the lower bout and 9-1/2"  on the upper bout. The top is spruce and is trimmed in pearl set into black mastic. The back and sides are beautiful Brazilian rosewood. There is one unrepaired top crack and a poorly repaired side crack. The bridge is coming up and there are four tiny holes above the end pin where there was once a tailpiece. The action is high. Replaced tuners. This is a worthy project that will take…

Produced in the high profile Fujigen Gakki factory in Japan, they were made along side the high end Ibanez models being produced in the same space.
