Raw Vegan Recipe: Sprouted Noodle Salad made with cucumber noodles, marinated mung beans, tomatoes, avocado, celery, alfalfa sprouts, apple cider vinegar, all-purpose seasonings, paprika, and sea salt. YUM!  This salad is great for weight loss, improving digestion, eliminating toxins and waste from the body, anti-aging and great for beautifying the skin, and  provides an array of minerals and nutrients. Simple, delicious, fast, easy, and filling.

Orange Noodle Sprout Salad ~ This is one of my favorite salad recipes. It's low-fat, low-sodium, high in water, very alkalizing, filling, and saturating. Filled with flavor; it's delicious <3 ~~~ Orange Noodle Sprout Salad recipe: 1 large cucumber peeled into noodles, 1 navel orange (flesh & juice freshly squeezed), 1 ripe avocado, tomatoes, 1/2-1 cup sprouted marinated mung beans, 2 celery stalks, 1 cup organic & non-GMO alfalfa sprouts, organic herbs and spices.

This is a creamy zucchini noodle salad with homemade dehydrated carrot mung bean falafels, sliced tomatoes, and marinated red onions. And garnished with parsley and cilantro. So delicious and super flavorful! if you let it marinate in the fridge covered overnight, it literally tastes like crab salad the next day!
