Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken -  2 lbs chicken breasts ½ tsp pepper ½ cup soy sauce ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ¼ cup ketchup 2 Tbsp brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp grated ginger Add chicken to ziploc bag. Mix all other ingredients together and then add to ziploc bag. Write instructions on bag and freeze. Write on Bag: "Thaw slightly and add to slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add 1/2 cup cashews, stir and serve."
