Superbowl Series - White Queso Dip ... I make this as a Spinach Artichoke Dip by adding chopped spinach, 1 small jar of Artichoke Hearts ... 2-3 cloves of minced Garlic ... and 1 (8oz) bag of Mozzarella "instead of" the monterey jack cheese that the recipe calls for... i also add 1 cup of the kind of parmesan cheese you sprinkle on spaghetti (Kraft kind) and this is "in addition to" the fresh parmesan that the recipe calls for, bc i add that too...
