Dairy Free, Sugar Free Orange Creamsicles! These are AMAZING! I have experimented w this recipe several times. I used CULTURED coconut milk (in a container like sour cream), which I believe made these EXTRA creamy. Substitute orange extract w zest of orange = extra goodness. If you use coconut milk - less than 30 calories each. Smooth, creamy, taste like Dreamsicles of your Youth! I double recipe and put remainder in fridge to fill as they are eaten. Don't forget the vanilla.

Make the perfect pool party drink. Orange-Coconut Creamsicle Daiquiri! Recipe:1/2 cup Bacardí Limón or Tangerine, 2oz Triple sec or orange liqueur, 2oz cream of coconut, 1 cup orange juice, 3 cups ice, Maraschino cherries. Add all ingredients to blender and blend well.
