Strawberry Cream Cheese and Blueberry Pancake: 1. Pore ordinary pancake mix into a skillet 2. Wait a minute or two, then add strawberry cream cheese on top of the batter. (do your best to spread) 3. Then add more pancake mix to cover the cream cheese. 4. Add fresh blueberries 5. Flip 6. Let it cook. Don't burn! If anything undercook. - add just a little bit of syrup. Enjoy!
