Salted Crispy Buckwheat Muesli slice  just a combination of puffed buckwheat chia seeds desiccated coconut linseeds cacao nibs sesame seeds tossed in tahini coconut oil and a bit of rice malt syrup then a dash of Himalayan salt. Baked at 160 degrees for about 6-8 minutes or until slightly golden. Then sliced into muesli slices or if the slice doesn't hold together well enough it taste just as good crumpled up and used as a muesli  enjoy! by happyfoods_happyme

This is currently my absolutely FAVORITE breakfast!!! I made the sweet potato mixture ahead of time froze it in individual servings with my favorite ziploc vacuum bags and then take one out in the morning microwave for 3 minutes and serve it with 2 over easy eggs.
