Merangue Kisses 3 room temp egg whites 1/4 tsp Cream of Tarter Pinch salt 3/4 cup superfine sugar * 1 1/2 - 2 tsp Vanilla extract (Substitute 1/2 cup + 1 tbs xylitol for diabetic friendly recipe) On medium speed, beat egg whites and cream of tarter, salt and vanilla to soft peaks. Add sugar 1 tbs at a time and whip on high until stiff peaks form and all sugar is dissolved. Bake at 250 for 45 minutes to 1.5 hour until completely dry. Allow to dry for 2 hours. They melt in your mouth!
