30 Things To Do Before Turning 30: From visiting Amsterdam to learning Spanish; from publishing a book to hosting a dinner party; planting trees and learning how to make cocktails

The Good Long Road: Mom of 2 boys under 3: Wild Thing and Caterpillar. Started blogging when my brother set this up for me as I prepared for a 30 mile trail run to raise money for charity for my 30th birthday.     Now, the trails aren't the challenge: juggling the duties of being a SAHM at home with my boys while also being a WAHM at home with my husband as we run our own production company and its arts education division is the challenge. Loving the journey, though and sharing it here!

This is the last week to apply for my challenge group that begins June 30th.  It’s your time to get into the best shape of your life, with me and your challenge group team by your side. Invest in YOU. Invest in YOUR health. Think of all of the money you have spent on food you shouldn’t be eating or at a bar…your body will be around a lot longer than any of those things. It’s the only body you get. 90 day program: $140. That’s a month of Starbucks, cheaper than a pair of designer sunglasses…
