Fiesta Pinwheels.... TIPS: Very yummy! But as always, I changed things up a bit. I added finely chopped chicken (from a rotisserie chicken), shredded cheddar, a couple T. of Ranch seasoning mix, a couple dashes of dry enchilada seasoning and dry fajita mix. But you MUST refrigerate before slicing! Not only does this allow for easier slicing but it allows all of the flavors to come together. Yum!
