Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Gnocci We doubled the recipe for 4 servings (yay - leftovers!) Decrease butter from cup to 2 Tbsp and add a little EVOO. Add tsp nutmeg to the gnocci. Saute diced carrots & onion with the butter sauce and you are good to go!
