Toddlers NEED to get outside and run around. With this amazing Spring weatherwhy not take your workout outside too?  Here's what we did today completing three rounds and aiming for 8-10 reps of each exercise:  Pec Flys Upright Row Shoulder Press Bicep Curls Tricep Extension  Rest: Blow bubbles to entertain Toddler for 2 minutes  Stretch  The end result?  30 minutes of outdoor activity for Mom and Toddler.
