as for the last one... if I EVER see anyone use "The essence of her being" in a piece of fiction I will smack them across the face because it is sexist and cringy, otherwise this is incredibly useful

This is good. Although I can't say I fully agree - I tend to like showing feelings, but only to a certain extent I suppose. I do agree with always showing the emotions, though.
