This is Piri piri chicken. It is mainly eaten in Mozambique. Piri piri chicken is chicken cooked with lime, pepper, garlic, coconut milk, and piri piri sauce. Most tourists of Mozambique usually just call it Grilled Chicken Piri Piri.
