One-Pot Vegan Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca with Chickpeas & Artichoke - from 21 a great list of Simple One-Pot Pastas- I found the pasta to be very starchy this way. I would prefer to cook my pasta separately and add to the rest of the veggies next time
