Beef, Bacon & Kale Meatballs | Fresh Tart (AIP, Paleo) Beef, Bacon & Kale Meatballs: 1 lb grass-fed ground beef, 1T grass-fed gelatin (optional), 1T arrowroot starch (or tapioca starch or cornstarch), S&P, 4 slices bacon, 1c finely chopped kale leaves, 1 leek, 1 clove garlic

I tried this gravy tonight on our roasted chicken and it was very satisfying. I roasted my chicken with carrots, celery, onion, and garlic underneath. I put a seasoning mixture and avocado oil on top of the chicken. After it was done, I strained out the veggies into the blender, added a little bit of the oils from the pan and some chicken broth. Blended and just kept adding more broth until it was the consistency I wanted. Might have added a tinge of salt.

Sweet Treats AIP Cranberry Sauce.  15 oz. cranberries (fresh or frozen), 200 grams honey (I only did 3 oz.), 1/3 cup Clementine juice (I did 1/2 cup, which makes for a little less firm sauce), 1/2 cup water (I did apple cider), and 1 cinnamon stick (mine was 3 inch.)

I got one just to see how it tastes, I'm curious considering it's pre-cooked, but it could be rad for those nights you have no time to cook and nothing prepped!"
