Banana Sheet Cake - Make this in a jelly roll pan for the perfect proportion of cake to frosting! This is a very old recipe and is the BEST I've ever had. Blueberry is definitely my favorite and may be the best pepper jelly ever. Since I have 3 blueberry bushes, I use my own and that makes it even better!
Peach-Pepper Preserves Recipe - I've made this a few times and it's so yummy over cream cheese on crackers. I would recommend cooking it on the stove for about 10 minutes on medium heat because it tends to boil over really fast in the microwave...and then you have a huge sticky mess.
