This recipe comes from AWW Cooking School Book (click here to BUY – it’s awesome) and the twist is that you let the dough rest in the fridge for an hour before baking. Never tried that technique before and it WORKS. I made 80 cookies (because I’m a maniac) and NONE came back from school. Says it all.
