This traditional seafood dish is from southern Italy and all you need are tomatoes olive oil a sprig or two of parsley crushed garlic and - the key ingredient - fresh octopus!! You can also add some colorful chopped peppers if you prefer. Simmer over medium heat for about an hour until the octopus meat becomes tender and tasty.
