Ume-okra yakko Preparation time: 15mintues Serve: 01 Ingredient Kinu tofu-60gm Okra-20gm Pickle plum-10gm Kizame noori-02gm Kikkoman soya-10ml Method: 1) Cut the kinu tofu in rectangle shape. Keep it in refrigerator. 2) Blanch okra and chop it along with pickle plum, mix it nicely. 3) Add the above mixture at the top of the tofu. 4) Garnish it with kizame noori. 5) Serve chilled along with Kikkoman soya on side.
