I finally got a new wok! I estimate I've made about 2,000 meals in my old Circulon wok which has now gone bald as you can see in the back of the photo. I'm trying out Scanpan, in action here making some mushroom & capsicum chicken. I love making my own seasoning.  This is one of my favourites at the moment - lemon zest, fresh thyme, four seasons pepper and salt flakes.
