An early concept I did in CorelDraw with room-in-room and reflection-free zone (RFZ) avoids canting the lateral walls (with mobile baffles) but leaves the listening position at room center (bad). Well, it's a start.

Absorption added to side walls shows some welcome improvements on the trouble freqs, so I'm gonna extend them to the ceiling for more of the same. And it's safe to assume that the benefits will only be amplified in the corners.
