One of those: I'm feeling low, comfort me meals. Oolong tea. The rice is this very delicious,  delicate breed from Thailand called Sangyod. The brown specks on top of the eggs are something fermented- tiny fish? Eels? - with fermented soybeans and sesame seeds that is super umami, slightly sweet, and salty. I can't remember since I've held onto it for so long, it's like gold that Chad brought back from Japan last year. Maybe @ramenjunkie knows? #putaneggonit #dhannaorganicrice
