Crockpot Honey Apple Pork Loin   Pork Loin 2.5-3 lbs.  Red Delicious Apples 3 sliced  Honey approx 4 T  Cinnamon 2 T  Lay apple slices from two of the apples in bottom of crockpot.Sprinkle with cinnamon.Cut slits in the pork loin.Drizzle some honey into the slits.Then place apple slices into the slits.Place the pork loin into the crockpot.Drizzle the top with the remainder of the honey.Place the rest of the apples on top.Then sprinkle the whole thing with cinnamon.Cook on low for 7 hours.

Pork tenderloin is on regular rotation at my house, both for its flavor and its ease. We love to marinate it in sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, or serve it with a big dollop of Spanish-style romesco. But our current favorite is definitely wrapping that pork tenderloin in bacon, because as my neighbor says, pork on pork can never be a bad thing. And I must say I agree.

Tacos al Pastor 4 chiles güajillo, 2 dientes de ajo grandes, 20 ml. de vinagre de piña o manzana, 5-10 grs. de pasta de  achiote, 1 pizca de comino, 10 pimientas negras, Sal al gusto. 1/2 kilo de pierna de cerdo en filetes muy finos {pueden usar lomo}, 250 grs. de tocino {la receta original lleva lardo}, Una piña pequeña cortada en trozos,Cebolla en rodajas finas al gusto. Adobo.
