Summer means salad. And salad is more than just some lettuce leaves and tomato. There are limitless options when you're making salad and I'd love to share some of them with you. This one is Moroccan roasted pumpkin with mixed lettuce leaves quinoa and sesame seeds.
How's this for lunch? Sweet potato roasted with a splash of oil and some salt while that's roasting the tofu was marinated in @bragglivefoods seasoning and then pan fried in flax oil and chopped add some orange pieces and chopped walnuts and top with @peaceloveandvegetables Kim-chi super kraut for a super food nutritious power lunch.
